I think we are kinda talking about two different things. I think you’re talking about getting social security disability benefits or something like that? If so, I don’t think stuttering qualifies you for that except for extreme circumstances I’m talking about the general legal sense. Like employers have to make reasonable accommodations and you can get services at school or colleges. And stuff like you can’t be discriminated against because of your stuttering. That’s where I was coming from.
