My boss and another manager made fun of my stuttering I’ve been working at a grocery store for 2 years, I’ve just recently started another job with better pay and full time but I enjoyed my other job and wanted to stay part time. My coworker overheard my 2 bosses making fun of me all because i messed up on something. My boss said “He can’t do (whatever it was) right, he can’t even talk right.” Then they both proceeded to mock me and make fun of my stutter. I will not tolerate this, I was bullied when i was younger due to my stutter and I didn’t expect 2 grown adults to do the same. I’m putting in a week notice, HR is useless and don’t fix anything. Am I overreacting to this? I’m just really insecure about my stutter and hate it when people make fun of it.
