I went a long time ago. 1991 I believe. Roanoke VA. I still use the full breath and gentle onset for words. That has helped and I kept those strategies. I didn't like slowing my syllables as much as they taught. I though DAF was a gimmick. No long term benefit from that. Honestly what helped me the most is giving presentations again and again and again. I became a fairly successful public speaker. I chipped away at the anxiety until I was no longer as afraid of speaking. I still stutter and always will. I just don't give two fs anymore what others think. I focus on giving myself grace now as I get older. Good luck with your journey.
