How do i fake a throat injury?

How do i fake a throat injury? Hi i am 21/M . I am fluent like 95%of the time. Mainly i struggle while introducing myself and asking for ticket.so i think faking a throat injury or getting a sore throat will really come in handy So if anyone have any suggestions or trick to do that please tell me?
