I don't have a stutter, but I am an employer and my absolute favorite employee has a stutter. He is the hardest working and most competent person I have ever met. I am so extremely glad he is on my team. I trust him with everything and can't wait for the opportunity to promote him. The job market is extremely, extremely complicated right now.
