>and be sure to stare at people when talking oh god, please don't stare :D a calm, friendly, focused look is what you're going for. yeah, I mean obviously that's not as simple as it may sound because it involves changing your habits, and it also depends on how genuinely you can do it, but in theory, it should help. I would definitely consider speech therapy, though, because you have to learn how to handle your stutter and not be afraid of it anymore.
