I met a therapiest and she prescribed a drug called Valdoxin 25mg. I have to take it before I go to bed every night for 2 months and take a brake for 2 weeks and then take the medicine again. Plus I have to have a minimum good 7 hr of sleep and practice reading out loud. It has been 5 days and my stutter has been reduced by the same amount. Normally, I feel the anxiety in my heart 24/7 but now it is gone. I am not sure how long the drug will do the deed for me but it has been one good week in my life.
