Mentally it affected a lot in my personal life. I’ve always been lucky with who I’ve had around me whereby I was only ever picked on because of it a few times. I’m 27 now and i find that it more affects me more in my work life. I always dread anything to do with presenting to management or a large group and it’s definitely holding me back in the sense that I simply will not put myself forward for that fear of failure.
