mine is hit or miss. Granted more miss that hit. But there are interviews(both in person and phone) where I am just in a flow "zone". Every word is fluent. Confidence is soaring. Then there are others where I get blank faces and awkward stares and have trouble finishing a single sentence. Sometimes its just one thing or question that throws me off and its all downhill from there. I have been unemployed now for near 6 months. Have had several interviews(20+) and feel like sometimes it has had negative impact on me finding a job. Granted I work in I.T. so a lot of what I do is behind a keyboard. It is still nerve-racking and depressing. Only thing that has helped me is be prepared as possible. Think about every possible question and know your resume inside and out. That way you cut down on surprises and thus cutting down on anxiety.
