Whispp is an assistive technology voice app. It can work if the user downloads the app to make phone calls, or if both the caller and receiver have downloaded the app it can also process video calls. From my understanding the app was created for those with vocal cord disabilities and stutters who can articulate more fluently when whispering. The AI processed the whispered voice in a more audible tone in real time.
