Stuttering randomly gets worse.

Stuttering randomly gets worse. So I'm a 15 y/o with stuttering. And alot of time I notice that my stuttering gets really worse. Like can't even talk smoothly with friends but some days I feel like talking to everyone I see and every teacher should pick me to answer. Idk wht causes this or why it even happens.
