Financial/Billing analyst. On my second year here. I'm on the phone more than I'd like, but have gotten very good at resolving things via email when it's possible. It seems like the phone calls have really gotten me to improve my communication skills. I somewhat hate my job and want to leave after this year, but I'm content with the skills I've sharpened. Side note, I don't have a stutter, but experience moderate speech blocking. I sometimes interchange words if it's a bad block and have gotten good at hiding it.
