You seem to have a really good head on your shoulders & I think you have the right outlook necessary to improve. As for any tips, the ONLY thing that I would recommend is to put yourself outside your comfort zone & to speak in situations where you'd really rather not. I'm 30 now & have found that regularly & consistently putting myself outside my comfort zone has made my stutter MUCH better. The fear & anxiety I used to feel doing things such as making a call on the phone or ordering something at a restaurant are no longer present because I've done things that are way scarier. I started down this path in my early teens & my stutter is pretty much a non-factor at this point in my life, now being little more than a source of occasional minor frustration. Less anxiety & stressing = less stuttering
