I can’t say my name

I can’t say my name I’m about to be 20 and I can’t say my name. I’ve stuttered ever since I was little but the name thing started when I was in 8th grade. This is genuinely ruining my life. When there’s new people around me I can’t breath. And obviously if someone can’t breath then they can’t talk. My name starts with an R and it’s just so hard for me. It’s embarrassed me so many times. I just can’t breath and it doesn’t come out. Please guys give me som advice. I’m so mentally drained.
