I like others make my stutter know at the beginning of the interview to ease my nerves and let the interviewer be prepared ahead of time. Don't give up. It may not necessarily be your stutter. Most jobs have people who know someone or they hire internally, but they post the job and interview as a formality. When the job is available, you are competing probably against 100's of other candidates who are looking for a job as well. Keep going at it and you will find a job soon. Just be prepared for the interview and answer the questions as best as possible, that's all you really can do. You have to stick out and sell yourself from the other candidates. You got this!
