Can totally relate to this. Especially when I stuttered as a teenager. Everything comes from the mind. When you lose sleep it affects the way your brain functions. Which then affects your thought patterns and physical movements (including speech). This is why I highly advocate for PWS to focus on their mental health and develop a healthier mindset. Getting sleep is one way to improve mental clarity.
