Ask yourself if it were someone else...

Ask yourself if it were someone else... If it were someone else in the room with a block, how would you treat them? If it were a family member with a disability, would you think less of them? Would you expect them to conceal their disability? Regardless of who someone is, or the challenges they face, shouldn't they enjoy the same opportunities and respect as everyone else? So why are you treating yourself worse than you would treat others? Be kind to yourself. Be the best you. Make a new friend... right now! Look into a mirror and say hello to them. Always treat them with kindness and respect.
