A stuttering real estate agent

A stuttering real estate agent Hey everyone, im a new real estate agent and since I started, its been pretty bad for me. I have been stuttering since elementary school, im 22 now, so for a while. No matter what I do, it doesnt seem to go away. Just the other day, I had to leave the office and go home from anxiety of wanting to do cold calling. Yes, I stutter and im forcing myself to do cold calling. Also, today I made a video with a loan officer at the office and my stuttering was like "nahhh you're going to look like shit, smilleee". It was terrible. So now, im here. Looking for advice. All my confidence of today just got shattered during that video for Facebook (which btw was my idea)... So, any tips to cool down and speak better?
