Is it common to stutter more when you're hungry? I'm 21 and I've been stuttering since I was 10. It's still the most inconvenient thing in the world but I've started seeing it as a part of life now. Ok so, sorry if this sounds naive but I don't know if there are different kinds of stutters since I haven't stumbled upon many statterers. Mine's the type where you basically strain the crap out of your facial muscles and neck.. 11 years and it's still humiliating 😅 Anyways, I've recently noticed that the stutterting's a lot worse when I've skipped a meal or two and I can actually feel the cramps build up in my jaws with time. Does this imply that my problem's more focused on physical deficiencies rather than psychological? I'd appreciate some input if any of you have experienced this. Now obviously the best choice here would be to visit a medical specialist, but my experiences with them so far regarding stutterting haven't been fruitful. Thanks in advance :)
