Of course, I’m glad that I can be of help. Yea, so much of the stuttering journey is learning to regulate emotions in a way that we aren’t repressing them, but also aren’t losing control over ourself. When you’re stuttering, you have to work with it by accepting that it’s there. But it’s really good at least that you talk about your stuttering with your parents. It’s a difficult road forward while stuttering. I’m trying myself to be more casual about it and talking about it with others in a way that shows I find my own stuttering interesting. I’m currently reading “Redefining Stuttering” and find it so insightful!
