"I get you but how not to react to those triggers?" Make a condition or new mentality: It's not about being bothered by your stuttering (which makes you react), but it's about observing the stutter triggers in order to build tolerance against them. New command, decision and action: Instead of being bothered by your stuttering, observe your trigger to build tolerance and learn that it's not fearful and true. Learn that (a) stutter fears are less probable or severe than predicted, (b) anxiety and stutter thoughts themselves are safe and tolerable, and (c) compulsion and rituals (aka secondary behaviors, changing or stopping stutter trigger) are not necessary for safety or to tolerate anxiety. Letting go of anxiety doesn't mean to remove stutter anxiety. Letting go means that the anxiety is still in your mind and you really experience its discomfort, but you don't care, it doesn't bother you, it's not important in your mind, and the discomfort doesn't have a meaning for you (it's not real or fearful in your mind).
