I definitely understand, I've actually had interest in being a teacher in East Asia but my anxiety and fear have a stranglehold on me. I've given up on many pursuits because of my anxiety/stutter and I have many regrets. We all like to give advice and never take it, so I'll go ahead and say you already have some decently sized balls to go back to school and complete a degree. You've made big steps toward your dream, and I have to say that's a big accomplishment because you're living your life. Why not just take another step. My sister always likes to ask me, after I mention a fear and give her all the reasons in the world why I can't do something, she asks me if that's what I'm going to say on my death bed. Also, I had a teacher in high school who stuttered and everyone loved that class (it was actually a language class too). We never felt let down because of the way he spoke, it was the way he taught and his love for his students that made the class enjoyable and meaningful.
