Yeah I think not being able to see people’s facial expressions and body language is a big one and I also think getting a phone call catches me off guard so I’m not prepared like I sorta would be for a in person conversation. I rarely answer the phone, I used to work in a shop on a till next to a phone that customers would ring to ask about stock, used to feel ill when it would ring, I stuttered so hard one time I just slammed the receiver down and got someone else to re-dial it
