So... mine is a little different than most. I can control my tensor tympani muscle in my ear which causes the rumbling sound in my ear. Most people can't control, but some (r/earrumblersassemble) can. When I stutter, I constantly tense it and all I hear is the rumbling while I'm stuttering.
