appreciate the insight, the main benefit it gives me are my impulses if I’m being honest, when I took it I completely almost forgot about my stutter, I was more focused on my impulses bc they’re very emotional and subconscious and it’s hard to be aware of when I’m about to act on them. Examples like excessive nail biting, skin picking, clinching down on my jaw, pulling hair, Like at first I recognize these imply doves and tell myself “don’t” and then I’m on another task like driving or writing a paper or even watching a movie I will just start doing it, then 2 min later I become aware of it then I stop. I have made some progress on it but these behaviors are stabled into my brain, I would like to explore alternatives options but this id the first time something actually helped with that
