It's just harder for those of us who stutter to succeed in job interviews. I've lost many a job I was easily qualified for because of poor interviews. We need to work up the numbers to have the same chance as others who can more easily express themselves. The good news is that the right place won't care and you'll have your best chance of succeeding at such a place.
