I'd answer with it's, I'm, uhh, or my name is, etc before my name, but sometimes i have to cycle a few of them before I can say it and people haven't a clue what I said. It's (or uhhh it's) can work well for me as the S rolls into it easily. My name starts with N so I've started trying to take a second to put my mouth into the correct shape to make an N sound (tip of tongue to roof of mouth, lips open, nasal passage open etc), then exhaling through my nose slowly but forcefully, then engaging my vocal chords to make noise. once noise comes out I flow the rest of my name from there. The few stuttery situations where I've remembered to use it it's helped (not just for my name too). Maybe you can try something similar depending on your name?
