My confidence is okay, the trouble I have is, when I get blocked, I get slightly upset at myself, as though I can control it and I've failed to do so. I'm getting better at it, though. I just thought of this now, to possibly help with confidence; call a friend or family member and have a quick chat. You're probably more likely comfortable talking to them than other people, and it might even lead to an event where you can spend time with them and maybe other people, and being around familiar faces could help with your confidence. I might try this myself :P
