Key word there being "legally." In reality, you will face constant job discrimination when interviewing. Not to dump all over the whole staying positive thing, but I'm so used to rejection that I'm stunned when I get an interview request, let alone a job offer. It's not something I want to blame for all of my shortcomings, but when I give a great phone interview with fantastic answers to all of the questions and then never hear a word back from the employer, I think it's pretty obvious why.
