anecdotally, yes. the only other person i’ve met irl with a stutter didn’t stutter when they sang. i’ve generally found that to be the case for me too. i haven’t tested it with just a sing-songy voice tho (which seems to be what you’re talking about), only full-on singing. so can’t confirm or deny if that works.
