Again, this sounds optimistic, but I'm afraid it's still a slap in the face of those who are not well off, despite an earnest effort on their part. That's how I see it, anyways. When we're talking about stuttering, we shouldn't make it all about will, because it's really not. And I'm not sure whether you mean to imply that there are a lot of stutterers who sit around "doing nothing", because that'd be downright insulting, in my book at least. That's like calling everyone with a (manifest) stutter lazy.
