My mum always used to tell me when I was a kid that everyone has at least 1 something wrong with them. You will not find anyone who doesn’t have some sort of a problem. For us it just happens to be a speech problem. And that comforted me a lot when I was young (and stuttery). But yeah, that’s life and may Allah swt ease it for us. If anything, Musa (Moses) peace be upon him also had a speech problem and he had to deliver a message to one of the greatest leaders on the planet at the time. Which I find truly amazing.
