How Do You Track Progress On Your Stutter?

How Do You Track Progress On Your Stutter? I had an idea some time back. What if you could come up with a system, where you aim to improve your fluency, and keep progress of it. Think of exercise. Whenever you do any exercise, you keep track of it. You keep gradually increasing the reps and that's how you know you're improving. You can also do other things like set a timer and see how much time it takes you to do a certain set of reps. And you aim to reduce the time and become faster. Do you think we stutterers should approach our speech in the same way? Should we create a game of some kind.........where we can track how good we are getting at talking? How do you do it though? What's a good way of implementing this experiment? I want to keep some kind of a journal or document where I can MEASURE how good I am getting. I have no idea how to do this though. How do you measure this? To become better at my speech, I joined a public speaking group where we all meet up and talk in front of an audience. I thought this would help my speech but..............the problem is that everyone already knows I stutter there, so there's nothing to hide Lol. I feel like I just go and talk but I'm not making any recordable progress. I just go there and stutter. I want to be able to get better at the art of speaking.
