Does anyone else aspire to be a speech language pathologist?

Does anyone else aspire to be a speech language pathologist? After having a rockstar therapist years ago, I knew that I also wanted to help people with fluency problems. We have a special insight into our own problems that could give us a leg-up in the field. If anyone has already completed this dream, I’d love to know a well; thanks!
