Mate Ive seen your posts and comments for a while. I know life can be super hard and seem like there's no way out but that's rarely the case. When I was younger I wasn't far away from your position. I think you need to try some non stutter related mental health therapy. There is no known cure for stuttering but there is improvement and reduction in stuttering. The greatest affect on my fluency is my mental health. My stutter is directly tied to my mental health. Anxiety/depression increase, my stutter increases. But the inverse happens as well. I tried speech therapy and it didn't work for me. But not treating my stutter and purely focusing on my mental health reduces my stutter. I strongly recommend you try the same.
