My BEST advice because I am a National Trainer and I train hospital staff via Zoom & Skype is to find a buddy and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. The more you practice, the better you get. Also, remember that PRACTICE DOES NOT make perfect, it makes PERMANENT. Good luck and remember that YOU ARE AWESOME!!!
