If it makes you especially uncomfortable, you can tell your boss and quite possibly make an agreement that lets you avoid that task. Otherwise, I mean, you're not required to tell your boss and your boss has no legal right to evaluate your performance negatively because of any stuttering that might occur, so it's just up to you. Do what makes you most comfortable.
