First of all, Ethan, thank you for your post, and know that we have a community to help/guide. One suggestion is find an online Zoom group where you can talk/share/practice. It's important to talk about our challenges AND our triumphs. You and I have chosen the most extroverted career (I'm a National Trainer/Teacher). There are also many awesome podcasts by PWS for PWS so that you can hear about how others handle situations that we go through on a daily/hourly/minute-by-minute basis.
