I got my degree in accounting, thinking I wouldn't have to talk. Such silly thinking. Nearly all jobs require speaking. I eventually realized that. I hated accounting, unfortunately, and did Human Resources instead. Used to do benefits and did presentations and I loved it. Now I'm in a role where I never speak to people, and it's quite miserable. SMH. I hope you enjoy accounting! I have many lovely friends who do it and like it.
