you need to disclose to HR so they’re aware. do NOT quit. your stutter has nothing to do with your intelligence, or ability to communicate and do your job effectively. you can and will overcome this. i work in big tech and am happy to chat any time as ive also had my fair share of struggles in the corporate work place with my stutter. you are not alone.
