I can relate..I started stuttering when I was about 7 or 8 years old. It has gotten better now but I still get these blocks sometimes..especially if Im nervous or if Im talking to someone on the phone. If I feel like Im going to stutter or get blocked on my name I usually take a deep breath and when Im exhaling the air out I find it easier so say my name😅 I don’t know it just helps.. but sometimes when someone asks my name and I feel im going to stutter II’ll say something like “uhm yeah it’s *****”...saying some words before my name helps me to get my name out more easily.
